By drinking a lot more water, your body will be able to filter out all the impurities. And you will also feel a lot more fresh and active. Don’t try to replace water with soda or sugar drinks.
Don’t forget to wash your hands
To stay healthy you should try not to get sick often. And that happens only when you are clean. There is a lot more dirty stuff on your hands than you can see. So always remember to wash your hands before eating. There is a lot of crazy stuff outside. So be careful
Reduce the screen time
For those who always stay on their computers or mobile phones. Looking at the phones all day. It will not only stress your eyes but also cause headaches. Try to move every 20 to 30 minutes. So that you will be active as well as productive. And also don’t use your phone when you are going to sleep. Because the blue light emitting from the screen will make it a lot harder to go to sleep.
Stop smoking
If you don’t smoke it all, that is a good thing. But if you do smoke, try to stop as soon as possible. The amount of damage it does is not worth the puff. Your lungs will be spoiled by it. No matter how good food you eat, if you don’t stop smoking you will not stay alive for long. It is one of the worst things that can kill you.
